Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Water Pro Inc respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through water-pro-inc.com and related service and employment inquiries. Our Cookie Policy explains website technologies and choices. Our Terms and Conditions explain use of this website.

Information we collect

When you call, email or submit a request, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, property or service address, service type, urgency, project details and communications. Photos, videos or documents you choose to share through a supported channel may contain property details, people, location information or other personal information. Please share only material relevant to your request that you have permission to provide.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request times and security logs to operate and protect the website. Analytics and advertising technologies and the choices available for each are described below.

Employment applications

Applications may include your contact information, requested position, experience, qualifications and résumé. We use this information to evaluate and respond to applications and maintain recruiting records. Applicant information is handled for recruitment and is not treated as a request for restoration services. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records or other sensitive information that we have not requested through an appropriate process.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage service leads, coordinate inspections and projects, communicate with customers and applicants, document work, improve our services, prevent abuse and meet applicable safety, insurance, accounting, legal and recordkeeping obligations. A website request asks us to contact you; it does not authorize work or confirm a scheduled visit.

Who receives information

Water Pro staff and service providers receive information needed for their work. Website service requests may be entered into CREST, our customer relationship and project-management system. Providers may support hosting, security, email, telephone and text delivery, business records and storage. Application information is available to the people and providers supporting recruitment.

When requested or authorized by the customer, relevant project information may be shared with an insurer, adjuster, property manager, independent assessor, subcontractor or other participant needed for the agreed work. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security. Water Pro works with and through the customer and does not speak in place of the customer.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics operates through our existing Google Tag Manager integration to measure website visits and selected public contact-link interactions. Google tracking can run when you visit, separately from the Meta choices below. Google may receive page URLs, campaign information, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and technical connection data. The site’s Cookie Settings controls and its handling of Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track currently apply to Meta, and do not disable Google tracking. You can use browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel and advertising choices

With your marketing permission, the Meta Pixel measures visits, clicks on our public phone and email links and confirmed service-request submissions. It helps us measure and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram. A contact click indicates an attempt to contact us, not a completed call or email. Meta may receive browser and device information, cookie identifiers and public page/referring information, and may associate activity with a Meta account.

Our Pixel integration does not send form-field values, résumés, photos, videos, property details or messages to Meta. Advanced matching and automatic form extraction are not enabled. Optional advertising disclosures can be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Water Pro does not exchange your personal information for monetary payment.

Use to allow or reject Meta tracking, or change a previous choice. Meta stays off until you allow it. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping Meta tracking off. Your choice does not prevent you from requesting services or applying for employment. Choices apply to this browser; you may need to choose again on another browser or device. You can also use Meta ad preferences. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, application, project, legal obligation, safety, dispute resolution or business record. The period depends on the record and applicable requirements. Cookie and browser-storage periods are described in our Cookie Policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. A privacy request does not require disposal of information that must be preserved under applicable law.

Your privacy requests and appeals

You may ask about information we hold about you, request access or a copy, request correction or deletion, or ask about an advertising opt-out. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Contact jake@water-pro-inc.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or call 812-936-4230. Describe the request and provide a way to reach you. Do not send a Social Security number or identification document in an initial email. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing records.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting the same email or phone number and identifying the decision you want reviewed. Where Indiana’s Consumer Data Protection Act applies, responses are due within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension with notice, and appeal decisions are due within 60 days. We will explain an applicable denial or extension. You may contact the Indiana Attorney General about an unresolved privacy complaint. We do not deny services or treat you unfairly for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children, third-party sites and changes

Office directions are provided as links to Google Maps. An interactive map does not load automatically on this website. If you open a location link, Google handles that visit under its own terms and privacy practices.

This website is intended for adults seeking services or employment and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ practices. Selected static Google review excerpts are stored as website content; they may not include every review or reflect the current total. We may update this policy when our practices change and will revise the date above.
